Lafond Financial's objectives is to provide expert management/accounting and professional support services to its clients. We are a Financial Management & Consulting Company who assists in managing First Nation Governments operations. We have the ability to advise clients on all aspects of financial management and accounting from planning through implementation. We provide full project coordination from construction through to advocacy of projects.

THE TEAM

Lafond Financial is made up of associates who have worked with Mr. Lester Lafond in varying capacities. He feels strongly about their abilities and positive work experience with First Nation’s and Tribal Councils, city, provincial and Federal Governments.

Lafond Financial has other associates that can provide other types of services as required by First Nation Governments and Tribal Councils. They are called upon on project specific need basis.
