Lester has a Diploma in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He is president of Lafond Management Ltd., Director of Land Entitlement for the Muskeg Lake Band and chairperson/coordinator of the FSIN Agriculture Multi-Task Force Committee.

I am a member of the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation and my name is Cheryl Arcand. I became involved in the Insurance industry in 1994 and renewed my Fundamentals of Insurance in 1995, which provides me with a Level IV Insurance Broker license designation.

I enjoy all aspects of the Insurance industry and truly enjoy all the challenges I meet.

Vicki has worked in the insurance industry as a Motor Licence Issuer since 1986.  She received her Fundamentals of Insurance Licence in 1997, and for the most part of her insurance profession has worked closely with aboriginal staff and clients.  Vicki has continued her insurance career with Lafond Insurance since October 2003.
